By submitting your article(s) to us;
1. You declare that you are the sole owner and author of the article and own 100% of all copyrights pertaining to it.
2. Your submission to Advice Network Inc gives unconditional permission for us to publish your article on the website and if featured, it may be distributed to our RSS feed, and to our real-time email alerts members.
3. You retain all non exclusive rights for usage of your article. You may continue to sell, publish and distribute your article without permission from Advice Network Advice Network will not remove your article to suit future rights granted by you.
4. Advice Network does not allow other websites to reprint or redistribute your article. You acknowledge that the enforcement of our terms of service for publishers is at your risk and cost and not ours. In other words, if someone violates your copyright -- it will be 100% up to you to take legal action against those who abuse your copyright to protect your interests. If you do not agree to these terms, do not submit your articles.
5. Advice Network will never use your article without attribution and credit to you, including a link to your website when technically possible. Advice Network does reserve the right to reprint and redistribute your article in other forms, with attribution and links when technically possible, without further permission. By submitting your article, you are consenting that Advice Network is allowed to redistribute the article. Other distribution channels include but are not limited to books, magazines, ebooks, reading on podcasts or radio broadcasts. The more we can get your article, your name and the link out there, the better for you.
6. It is the Advice Network Inc Team's sole decision as to whether your article is published and for how long. There are no guarantees made that your article(s) will be published. Quality matters. We reserve the right to remove your article(s) and/or membership account at any time for any reason.
7. The Advice Network Inc Editorial Team reserves the right to re-classify your article in a topic category that may be more suitable than originally submitted. Advice Network Inc reserves the right to edit for spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
8. You acknowledge that we do not pay for submissions. The primary reason for submitting your article to our directory is for the traffic and exposure from Advice Network readers.
9. Advice Network Inc is not currently advertiser supported. However, we reserve the right to publish ads on the same pages as your articles.
10. If your article does not conform to the Advice Network Inc editorial guidelines, our editors may edit your article so that it does conform to the posted editorial guidelines. Please read our editorial guidelines before submitting your articles to save time and speed the article approval process.
11. You declare that you will not send in any articles with direct affiliate links in them. We reject articles with direct affiliate links. This is one of our many article quality standards. Advice Network articles are meant to be Advice. Articles that are self-promotion without will probably be removed.
