Are You Using Christmas To Your Advantage?
It’s the season of overspending, extended giving, and outrageous consumerism. Are you taking advantage of the added business that is out there these days?
Many businesses fear the Christmas months because people are generally more concerned with purchasing products instead of services. What they haven’t thought of is using the Christmas spirit to keep their sales rolling in like usual, or even better.
While people certainly won’t be handing out services as presents, you still have to understand that they are in the buying mood. At this time of year, if somebody sees a good deal that they don’t think they’ll find at any other time, they’re usually willing to take a chance and pay for it. Besides, they don’t need to worry about it – they’re spending unreal amounts of money on gifts anyways.
Why not send out a newsletter to clients offering special rates for all orders made during the holiday season? Why not add on some holiday bonuses for any purchase made in December? Why not position yourself to be a part of the holiday season instead of a company that struggles through it?
While many other business people are counting the days left until their holiday begins, you can be counting the cash that is running through your hands because of your unique promotional strategy. Take a chance, there’s really nothing you can lose, right?
