A Stocking Full of Links
I was reading The Internet Marketing Blog for Small Businesses, an awesome blog put on by Hubspot, and saw an article called “5 Tips to Write a Really Quick Blog Article.” With a title like that, who won’t be interested?
So I checked it out and realized that I’m doing a pretty good job with four of the five, but I could probably hand out a few more links here and there. So, today I’m going to be passing out the Holiday Link-Love to the articles that I’ve enjoyed the most over the past few days.
Check them out:
- James D. Brausch, an internet money-making master, challenges his readers to “throw away your TV set today” if you want to achieve greatness. I’m not going to throw mine away…but surely there’s a way to be great and enjoy television, right?
- Jim Edwards talks about the Amazon Kindle. Seriously, you gotta check this thing out! It’s an electronic book device that can store 200 books, newspapers, magazines, or blogs (or more if you improve your SD card). Oh, and you get free internet access to Wikipedia. I gotta get one of these!
- Steven Van Yoder, author of “Get Slightly Famous”, discusses how public speaking can attract more clients.
Strangely, that’s all I could come up with right now. I know, I know, it’s only three (well, four if you include the first). But seriously, it’s like people don’t write during Christmas or something. I track over 40 blogs…maybe you guys could recommend some more?
Check out the Advice Network Writing Contest. Expose yourself to a new audience and win great prizes…what’s there to lose?
